This is the Security Announcement for applicants whom visit Kosmos Visa Application Centre;

Due to Security reasons, the following actions or items will not be permitted or used inside the Visa Application Centre:

• Cameras, audio/voice records, video records, (i.e. mp3, laptop, recording devices etc.),
• Bags, suitcases or back packs, suitcases, zip folders larger than a cabin size bag, (Only a plastic bag containing your application related papers would be permitted.

*The list provided above is not restricted.

• Inflammable items (such as matchboxes/ lighters/ fuel etc.) and any sharp objects (such as scissors, pen knives or nail filers.)
• Weapons or similar objects, explosive material of any kind.
• Pets (Due to potential of allergic reactions of third parties),
• Sealed envelope or packages
• Food or Beverages,
• Security Guards or Kosmos Personnel have the right to prevent admission of suspicious individuals or items in to the office.
*The list provided above is not restricted. Security Guards may prohibit other items based on his/her discretion.
• Due to security reasons, entrance will only be permitted to the main applicant, their interpreter or if accompanying a physical handicapped applicant. Permission for entry by friends, relatives, business contacts of the main applicant is prohibited.

There is no facility available at Kosmos Visa Application Centre to store prohibited items. We request applicants to make alternative arrangements to store the listed items before entering to the Visa Application Centre. Kosmos Visa Application centre is monitored by cameras on a 7/24 basis based on the security procedures.

INFORMATION TEXT FOR CANDIDATES WHO APPLY FOR JOB
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), the candidate's name/surname, address, place and date of birth, telephone number, educational status, educational information, work experiences, foreign language knowledge, participation in the CV of job applicants are required. All kinds of information and documents, such as seminars, conferences and certificate programs, references and all data introducing the relevant person, and, if any, exam results conducted during the job interview process and evaluation notes of the relevant unit regarding the candidate, are within the scope of personal data.

Your personal data mentioned above; It may be processed by Kosmos Visa Services Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as “Kosmos”) as the “Data Controller” within the scope explained below.

1. Purpose for which Personal Data will be Processed:
Your personal data, evaluation of your job application request and suitability for the relevant position, execution and finalization of the recruitment processes within the framework of Kosmos's human resources policies, evaluation of your application for similar positions that will arise later in case the result is negative, and contacting you in this context, and Kosmos's recruitment procedures. It will be processed for purposes such as development and providing the necessary human resources to carry out Kosmos's commercial activities and operational processes.

2. To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred:
Your personal data processed by Kosmos may be transferred to our business partners, the main employer and subcontractors, our group companies/shareholders, and when necessary, for the purposes explained in Article 1 of this Employee Candidate Information Text and for reasons that require transfer within the scope of the regulations related to the Law and limited to these reasons. If necessary, it may be transferred to official institutions and organizations, as well as to the databases of the information systems used by our Company.

3. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data:
Within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, your personal data may be processed within the framework of Kosmos's human resources policies, such as carrying out and finalizing recruitment processes and communicating with you within this scope, and carrying out Kosmos's commercial activities and operational processes. It is collected via e-mail, through Kosmos's website, human resources sites, in physical environment and through forms, based on the legitimate interest of Kosmos and the legal basis of obtaining explicit consent, for the purposes and provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

4. Data Owner's Rights Listed in Article 11 of the Law:
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law; The data owner can apply to Kosmos using the methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board;
- Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
- Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
- If personal data is being processed, learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- If personal data is transferred to third parties at home or abroad, knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- Requesting correction of personal data if they have been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the emergence of a result against the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, they have the right to demand compensation for the damage.

By signing the KVKK Application Form with an electronic or mobile signature with a "secure electronic signature" certificate defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070, it can be sent to our Company's Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address: "kosmos@hs03.kep.tr". , or you can send it to the e-mail address “info@kosmosvize.com” by using the e-mail address you have previously notified our Company and registered in our systems.

Your requests submitted to our company will be answered in writing or electronically as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request.
