Our Mobile Application Service:
- Your Visa Application and *biometrics (fingerprint) transactions are processed from a location you have chosen, at your home or workplace;
- Your documents and passport are received;
- After your transactions are finalized, your passport will be delivered by cargo;
- You will be notified via SMS when your passport is ready.
To benefit from the Mobile Application Service, you can make a Mobile Service appointment from our call center.
Our mobile service is only available in our Istanbul Head Office.
Choosing the Mobile Application Service does not affect the processing process and decision of the Consulates.
